I ordered a hoodie from kornwebstore.com in my usual size, thinking it would fit like, you know, a normal hoodie. Nope. It showed up way smaller than expected, and the size chart did not match what I got at all. The print looked good, so credit where it’s due, but what’s the point if I can’t actually wear it comfortably? The sleeves were tight, the body was too short, and it just felt awkward. Shipping was fine, nothing to complain about there, but the sizing thing was super annoying because I actually trusted the chart. I might order again, but only if I size up a lot...

I did get my refund in the end, but waiting nearly two weeks for it was ridiculous. I had to follow up twice just to get things moving, which was frustrating. Not the best experience.

The fabric is really soft and feels nice against my skin all day. I feel more relaxed wearing it because it’s just comfortable and easy, which makes me like it even more.

Tracking was super easy to follow tbh. I got updates whenever my order moved, and it showed up exactly when they said it would. No guessing or wondering where it was lol, so yeah, I’m happy with it.
